The T Class trolley progressive cavity pump is a mobile pumping unit that features casters and handles at the bottom. This makes the pump suitable for pumping conditions in which materials are loaded or unloaded at various stages. The pump can handle any fluid medium with 45% or lower solid content. It can be used in the following industries:

Oil industry: crude oil with sand, water, CO2 or H2S
Machinery industry: complete procedures (coating and glue injecting of cars and crafts) with the mechanical arm in unmanned assembly workshops
Pharmaceutical industry: delivery agents, additives, medical materials and more

Operation theory of progressive cavity pump
The progressive cavity pump is a volumetric pump that operates by creating a pressure differential between the interconnected seal cavities. The rotation of the rotor and stator move the cavity openings from inlet to outlet. This creates a steady flow of fluid.

We can design and process the rotor with various dimensions according to your requirements. The metal materials can be treated to increase hardness to HRC 65-67.

Material: NBR, NBRH, HNBR, EPDM and FKM are optional.
Various materials feature different levels of abrasion and temperature resistance.

Universal joint
Many universal joint types are available for selection such as pin, hygienic, flexible, ball tooth and cross pin to deal with multiple torque transfers and axial loads.

According to the working condition, packing seal and mechanical seals are optional. In order to prolong the shaft seal life, a cooling and flushing system can be added.

Driving system
SEW, NORD, ABB and more high quality driving systems are optional.
