The skid mount progressive cavity pump allows 2-3 pumps to share a common base. This makes the pump suitable for applications in which multiple pumps operating in parallel require a large flow. It can also be applied when a backup pump is immediately necessary in case of fault. The pump features a compact design and works for mediums including water with solid content 45% or below.

It can be used in in the following applications.
Offshore oil production platform: transport mixed oil and gas medium
Underground oil extraction: transport crude oil with sand, water, CO2 or H2S.
Machinery industry: complete procedures (coating and glue injecting of cars and crafts) with the mechanical arm in unmanned assembly workshops
Mining industry: delivering solid media such as slurry and mortar

Operation theory of progressive cavity pump
The progressive cavity pump is a volumetric pump design that creates a pressure differential by rotating the interconnected seal cavities at high speed. This send the fluid flowing through the pump rapidly.

Universal joint
Various types of universal joints are available to choose form such as pin, hygienic, flexible, ball tooth and cross pin to deal with multiple torque transfers and axial loads.

According to the working conditions, packing seals and mechanical seals are optional. A flushing and cleaning system can be installed to extend the life of the shaft.

Driving system
SEW, NORD, ABB and more high quality driving systems are optional.
